Cookie Policy

The short version

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no analytics cookies. That's the whole story — the rest of this page is the detail.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember you between pages — for example, that you are signed in. Similar technologies include sessionStorage, which keeps small pieces of data in your browser only until the tab is closed and never sends them anywhere by itself.

2. What we use

We use a single essential cookie that keeps business owners signed in to their dashboard after logging in. It's removed automatically when you log out or after your session expires, and it exists purely to keep you signed in — not to track you across other sites.

We also keep a small, temporary copy of your profile in your browser (not a cookie) so pages load faster while you're using the dashboard. It disappears automatically when you close the browser tab and is never sent anywhere.

End customers who scan a QR code are not signed in and get no tracking of any kind — the review page works without any account or persistent identifier.

3. Third-party requests

Our pages load web fonts from Google. Loading a font, like loading any resource from the web, shares your IP address with the font provider, but does not set any cookies. When a customer taps "Copy & Open Google Reviews", their browser opens Google's own website, which is governed by Google's privacy policy.

4. Why there is no cookie banner

Cookie-consent banners are required for non-essential cookies (advertising, analytics, profiling). We only use a strictly necessary login cookie, which does not require consent under applicable law. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking our essential cookie will simply mean you cannot stay signed in to the dashboard — the public pages and the customer review page keep working.
